You Are in My Thoughts–MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge #299

MFTWSC299_2016sep22

Hi, everyone, I’m back with this week’s MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT Challenge & Inspiration blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The MFT Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started.

I started with a Sweet Tooth card stock card base and added another layer on which I applied molding paste through Cascading Scallop Stencil for the vertical element. Then I added Stitched Circle Frames Die-namics with a background created with Peerless Watercolors and a waterbrush on Ranger Watercolor Paper.

I added some watercolored Bold Greenery Die-namics tied with hemp cold and a sentiment from Clearly Sentimental About Sympathy, stamped with Versamark on Black Licorice card stock and heat embossed with white detail embossing powder. I popped that up on foam and finished off with some enamel dots.

And that’s it for me today! Thanks so much for stopping by! Remember, you can get all the details by visiting the
MFT Challenge Blog. You have the chance to win a $20 in MFT voucher. One winner is chosen at random each week!

  1. I love this card! I love the double stitched circle frame, the scalloped stenciled background, the way the leaves came out with the green, yellow and white colors, also the blue inner circle, and the corresponding colors of enamel dots. Thanks for sharing a great job
