Today we’re showing you à la modes I've Got UR Back and Lightbulb Moment. I love them both and chose to use Lightbulb Moment for today’s card. After I stamped the image, I paper pieced her pants and colored the rest with Copic markers. After I trimmed the image and sponged the edges, I applied Glossy Accents to the light bulb—I hope you can see it in this picture:

I stamped the sentiment on a
Die-namics Bracket Tab and caught it up in the stitching, then popped the focal image up on foam dots. I finished up with some twine and a new Die-namics Large Royal Rose in felt and Die-namics Royal Leaves from patterned paper.

Here’s the inside with another sentiment from the set:

Here are the
Die-namics dies I used on this card:

  16. Barb, those striped pants are fantastic! I was just reading about Duchess Kate's fashion taste -- she's tall and thin - what's the surprise that she looks good in skinny jeans? She'd be rockin' these pants though! Great card!

  17. I just love the patterned paper with the little red roses... & the way you matted it with more red really makes those tiny flowers pop! The addition of the Royal Rose makes it seem like they are just blooming right off the paper!
